One is a special pudding from the MouMou Kitchen. Located in Kasaoka, this restaurant owns 600 cows and sells all kinds of dairy products, one of them being this pudding made from the milk of heiffers who have just given birth. This heiffer's milk for the first 10 days is prized for its concentration of nutrients and is supposed to be very healthy! I'm presuming that that calves are also willing to share their meal with us, because we wouldn't want to short change them.
But hay, it just goes to show that what's good for cows is good for humans. Not that you had any doubts...
